As national Directors, we are:
- Responsible for creating all the different strategies and policies necessary to guide the organization.
- Ensures that all the administrative functions of the organization are smoothly coordinated.
- Ensure that the policies of the organization are effectively implemented.

Our goal is to ensure that every competitor has a positive, life-changing experience and regardless of a competitor wins or loses, the journey of personal development and growth will stay with them for a life time.

Our goal is to grow a strong empowered men and women, who know and understand themselves, who look after their supporters and sponsors, and can take the New Zealand message of diversity and acceptance to the international stage.
